Almost 6 years since Antoinette was created, and we went from 1 to 10 people. Let's meet the persons behind the decorations, behind the constructions, behind the material preparations, behind the invoices you receive and get paid, behind our Instagram page, and behind everything !
PART 1 : THE EVENT DESIGNERS
The project team is splitted into 2 binomials : first one with Jeanne & Thomas, and second one with Lisa & Clementine. Each of them manage their clients and projects. Within the pair, one is focus on the client (meetings, proposals, etc.) meanwhile the other one is focus on the production (suppliers contact, set up, dismantling, etc.).
Each of them have one major skill in common : CREATIVITY !
What they do, on a daily basis : listen up to client's projects, make creative & budget proposals, and mainly set the events from large decors to small detail.
They're young, dynamic, passionated, non competitive, serious, smily and very (like very very) funny. A daily dream at the office.
PART 2 : THE LOGISTIC TEAM
Event production is only good with an excellent logistic organization. And our logistic team is the very very best one (no, seriously). Elvis & Christophe can almost build anything on demand : furniture, backdrops, structures. They always laugh with our wacky and weird ideas, but in the end they manage it perfectly, proudly, and in a very reassuring way.
And what about all this material that you can see on our event, who is preparing it ? It comes by magic thanks to our super warehouse keeper Megane, the biggest smile you will meet while knocking at our warehouse's door
PART 3 : THE TEAM LEADER & ADFIN EXECUTIVE
You know the expression , "Iron hand in a velvet glove" ?
This expression was made for Mélanie, our team leader & adfin executive. Nice to people, gentle and caring. But absolutely nothing escapes her : the missing dot at the end of a sentence, the 0,02 € missing to your budget, the 10 minutes late you arrived to a place she's event not.
She's the link between our event designers & our logistic team, perfectly gathering all the plannings into a fluent, realistic and easy going daily organization.
PART 4 : THE COMMUNITY MANAGER
She just joined the team and it feels like she's here since the beginning. Helene, our community manager, is here to share our stories and update you on what's going on here. She never miss a trend or an occasion to communicate.
We're so delighted to have her by our side, because she's also sharing so many happiness and good vibes at the office!
PART 5 : OUR TRAINEES A small company without trainees isn't a small company.
They represent a big support, an inspiring thirst for learning, and bring freshness and coolness to our projects. It's of course always a pleasure to welcome new trainees within the company, but these two here below, it's above a pleasure. They're like big "perles rares"
PART 6 : THE BOSS
Actually I'm the one writing this article so I won't have a lot to say, except that I'm super proud of this team and daily driven by their energy and motivation, so helpful to manage the company and deal with any daily issues we might face to.
